Rachel Dyche

Rachel, with over 27 years of experience in the care sector, serves as the Managing Director of Caring Feather. Leading with expertise, she ensures high standards of care compliance, oversees admissions, and actively promotes professional development. Rachel plays a pivotal role in forming partnerships with Local Authorities and other agencies to provide comprehensive placement services. Her commitment extends to regular reporting on designated residential homes, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements and company policies. Rachel’s holistic approach fosters a culture of excellence, making her an integral part of Caring Feather’s commitment to quality care. how about this?

Kirsty

Kirsty has been working in the healthcare sector for a number of years, working her way up from support worker to Registered Manager. Kirsty has her level 3 and level 5 in health and social care, children and young people. Kirsty has gained experience working with children and young people across the board, including CAMH’s, residential settings, community support, TA in special schools and supported accommodation.

During her time in Wast Hills which was an assessment and treatment center for LD and mental health. Kirsty was the assistant to speech and language where she learnt how to create easy reads. Along with communicating with those that are non-verbal which has been invaluable transferable skill.

Harina Rai

Harina, an Ofsted registered Responsible Individual  and part of the senior management team at Caring Feathers Ltd . With diverse experience, including working in schools with children with autism and ADHD and managing a secure training centre for young offenders, she brings a compassionate perspective as a devoted mother.

Having overseen semi-independent homes, her focus at Puffin Lodge is creating a supportive, safe, and happy environment. She is committed to ensuring each child feels wanted and empowered to become their best selves through consistent support, guidance, and nurturing. Her dedication extends to staff development, fostering effective communication, and maintaining a home filled with love, encouragement, and positive direction for every child’s aspirations and dreams.

Kamall Hughes

The manager at Dove lodge; Kamall Hughes; Kam, has experience in working with young people aged 6-17 with Autism, ADHD and complex behavioural needs, in children’s residential spanning a period of 5 years. Kam believes in offering a secure and therapeutic environment to the young people to empower them to achieve their full potential. Kamall has embedded therapeutic caregiving and the PACE model into his practice.

Kam holds a level 4 children and young people diploma and has recently been enrolled onto his Level 5 in leadership and management.

Tashayna Johnson

Tashayna Johnson has over 5 years’ experience working with young people with various vulnerabilities in both residential and supported living services across London. Tashyana Johnson has a genuine passion to uplift young people and believes in creating safe, nurturing environments where every individual feels valued, heard, and empowered. Her mission is to ensure that each young person receives the tailored support they need to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
