Swan lodge is a beautiful detached house in Derbyshire with 4 bedrooms, which provide care for up to 4 young people of (Mixed Gender) aged 7 –18years (17 Upon Admission) with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Swan Lodge aims to provide a warm, safe, stable & nurturing environment where each young person is able to develop & have their individual needs addressed; cultural, emotional, spiritual, educational & social – In a positive & progressive manner. Caring feathers is committed to provide an individual support package focusing on issues identified in their individual portfolio of needs. We work in a multiagency manner which will enable all parties involved to access and review all information to support and encourage areas of development and personal growth for the young people in our care.
